Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Demelza, a classic sailing yacht built by Hillyard in 1967. In need of some internal and external maintenance, Demelza provides plenty of room, with 6 berths in 2 cabins and a saloon.
There are two separate toilet compartments, and a brand new cooker still in its wrapping. The comfortable saloon area provides ample seating, whilst also providing 2 single berths.
All sails are on the boat, which was last out of the water in 2003. The hull appears to be in good order, and with some internal and external maintenance would be a lovely looking and spacious sailing yacht, and excellent value
