Hulls and Deck; The hull is hand laid GRP with an Integral Grid Unit giving good longitudinal and latitudinal support to both hull and keel. The deck has a molded diamond non-skid pattern and is chemically bonded to the hull with an elastomer sealant and further secured with an aluminum toe rail thro-bolted every 6 inches. S/S Keel Bolts and Washers. Deck Storage consists of one huge port side locker and a fully sealed LPG locker (ABYC/CE Standard) and holds two 4.5kg gas cylinders. The S/S folding swim ladder and F/water shower are located on the swim platform with a removable helm seat providing easy access to and fro. The Cockpit has a gimbaled compass, folding table, light and instrument pod with S/S grab rails along the coach roof. Teak seats in cockpit and teak decking on swim platform. Deck Hardware; Two Lewmar 16 CST single speed self tailing winches serve all lines and halyards leading aft from the mast, the genoa sheet winches are Lewmar 40 CST two speed self tailing winches and two winch handles. There are seven racked rope clutches and two Genoa T-tracks with spring loaded cars on the side deck, kicking strap and mainsheet track with four part traveler, the control line of which passes through the clutches. A vertical electric windlass with chain gypsy and rode drum with hand held remote operating switch (new motor 2007). Three cast aluminum cleats with fairleads are mounted port and starboard (total 6), S/S double rail pulpit and pushpit, the latter incorporating a flagpole holder, horse shoe ring, outboard bracket, removable upper lifeline, tables and a S/S barbecue. S/S tapered stanchions, double S/S lifelines with gates aft port and st’bd. S/S stem head fitting with single roller. One size 30 Lewmar hatch serves the saloon, one size 30 Lewmar Ocean deck hatch serves the fore cabin and two size 10 Lewmar hatches serve the galley and aft cabin. There are 6 Lewmar opening port lights and overhead hatches have roller blinds. Also included is one brand new suit of sails by Doyle’s, plus new sail-mate cover, battens, etc (2007). All lines are pre-stretched Dacron. Anodized aluminum deck stepped mast, boom and all appropriate blocks, halyards, reef lines etc. Windex Indicator, Pro-furl genoa furling system, all shrouds have swaged on S/S fittings and stem balls, discontinuous S/S 1 x 19 wire standing rigging with double back-stays Engine and Steering System; Yanmar 3GM-30 27hp naturally aspirated diesel engine. Manual engine stop and push button start. New reinforced cutlass bearing (2007). Racor 500FG water separator fuel filter. One isolated gell-cell engine battery. 90 amp alternator with three step regulator and isolation diode. Two blade prop on S/S shaft, single lever controls mounted on pedestal. Engine instruments include gauges for RPM, fuel, ammeter, oil pressure, engine hour counter and water temperature. A sound alarm is provided for high freshwater temperature and low oil pressure. Two 40 gallon plastic tanks are located, one in the fore-cabin and the other below the starboard seat in the main saloon. Shower drain. All sumps are drained by individual 12v pumps with with in-line fine-mesh strainers. Bilge. The bilge pump is a 2000 gal/hr automatic wired direct to the 12v system complete with in-line fuses and an alarm. The manual pump is located to the port side of the helms mans seat. Heads. A holding tank is fitted behind a panel in the heads with three way valve and gravity self emptying feature. Interior; The interior is a varnished cherry finish. All bulkheads are bonded and glassed to the hull giving strength and rigidity, the cabin soles are of durable, low maintenance teak and holly composite floor panels. Seat covers are off-white breathable upholstery, berth covers are fabric. Galley. A spacious galley with workspace for two people. There is a S/S double sink with mixer tap for hot and cold water with a garbage bin below. Force Ten two burner stove with oven, fully gimbaled with pot clamps and heat guard. A LPG solenoid is fitted for safety. 12v refrigeration system with single plate, spillover system serving a foam insulated ice box, drained with 12v pump. Large storage area and plenty of cupboards and drawers. Main Saloon. The main saloon dining area comfortably seats four people round its varnished table, which lowers to convert to a double berth. The nav station/chart table is located to port at the aft end of the port berth by the main switch panel, plenty of storage for books and charts plus map light. Heads. One Head serves all cabins. A shower, sump, manual head, hot and cold pressure water, mirror and cabinet. Ventilation from opening porthole. Cabins. The forward cabin has one hanging locker and storage shelves, a two speed fan and excellent lighting and a comfortable vee-berh, ventilation is provided from an overhead Lewmar deck hatch.
