Premier Houseboats are pleased to present this tastefully converted barge that will not cost you an arm and a leg in mooring fees as most Marinas charge for length and not width which you have with this one being 17ft 6ins wide. Powered by the ever reliable Gardner 6LX engine which is situated in the very clean engine room/workshop/utility room (with washing machine and separate tumble drier)- there is even room to put another small cabin in this area. Masters bedroom has fixed double bed with drawer under and has solid wood drawers and wardrobe and emergency hatch over. This leads to the bathroom with toilet with macerator, shower and wash hand basin. From the bedroom into the spacious lounge through a feature water tight door. This area has skylight, large hatch (for furniture removal - additions etc), wooden floor and a coal/wood burning stove with back boiler for hot water (also immersion heater for summer use). Galley has lots of work surface, cupboards, fridge, 4 burner hob, stainless steel sink and drainer. In converting this barge the owner has given careful consideration to the amount of storage space provided and there is ample. Wheelhouse has fixed Shipmate VHF radio, rev counter, charging light, water temperature guage and wiring for the navigation lights. Steering is manual hydraulic. Solar panel charges domestic batteries. 12 volt electrics but is also wired for 240v shore power. 5kva Generator. This robust little barge has planty of character and is well worth viewing.
