Description
Currently lying at Used Boat Co Reading - Great Value at £49950 - This Heron built stunning 'Coldstream blue' stern cruiser narrow boat has effortlessly negotiated over 2000 miles of inland waterways since entering the water in June 2005. With twin single to double convertable cabins, ths boat is pretty unique. Beautifully fitted throughout in light oak she has a large lounge leading to a good sized through galley. A multi-burner stove and central heating provide winter warmth which, with the spray foam insulation provides a cozy warm liveaboard. The galley is equipped with gas hob and oven, 240v fridge and fitted cabinets and sink unit. Hot water is provided via the Alde gas heater and/or the engine. Power is supplied through twin alternators and 4 batteries and a solid state digital 1500w inverter/battery charger provide 12v/240v supplies on demand. When needed, shore power can be provided with a specially made 45' power cable. Mid boat is a cross deck shower, sink unit and Thetford loo. The Alde heater is housed here too and provides hot water for the central heating and domestic use as well as warming the shower room itself. Either side of the shower room are the sleeping cabins. Each has fitted double bunks which can slide in to form singles with 36 sq ft of storage space beneath. Further storage is provided above each bunk in the form of custom made aircraft style overhead lockers. Each cabin is heated by a radiator. The stern of the boat houses the 42 hp Iszuz marine diesel and boat controls and is protected, when needed, by a custom made 'Wilsons' easily collapsable cover. Tel 01189477770
