    10-6-4 steel construction, with traditional stern and extra large sliding hatch.  Steel bow and stern doors and steel slide hatch
    5 x 36 inch windows, black powder coated
    4 x 18 inch portholes, black powder coated
    2 x roof hatches, black powder coated


    Stainless steel water tank under bow deck. Steel fuel tank and gauge at stern. Weed hatch
    under stern deck. Gas locker at bow. Fitted fairleads at bow in chrome. Fitted plank and pole rack in chrome. Fitted side steps for roof access fore and aft in chrome.  Cabin lined with white board sides and roof, ash under gunwales. Tongue and groove floorboards throughout.  Fully insulated with spray foam.

    Finished in dark blue with ivory and red edging. Black cratch cover. Stainless steel tiller extension. Halogen tunnel light. Non-slip areas on cabin roof and gunwales. Cratch board with inset stained glass panel.

    Barras Shire 45hp diesel engine. PRM gearbox. Keel cooled. Automatic bilge pump.  12v heavy duty starter battery. Engine room lined in ash. Floorboards covered with non-slip tiling.

    Shoreline connection direct to 240v system and onboard battery charger. 1800w inverter powered through 2 x 260ah gel batteries for domestics: manual or remote control.  Solar panel mounted on roof connected to all batteries through control  and battery check system. Fridge, microwave and towel rail off 240v. Lighting off 12v circuit in engine room and throughout boat. 240v and 12v  wall fitted sockets. Cupboard fitted radio/CD with Ipod socket.  TV aerial socket.

    Webasto boiler for central heating by two large radiators, towel rail and hotwater to calorifier. Hot water also delivered  by engine to calorifier.  Control mounted in bedroom. ‘Epping’ sfs.  with range style cooking facility and tiled surround in lounge .Chrome chimney and liner. Gas cooker, four rings, grill and oven.

    White cupboards in galley with tiled splashback and contrasting work surfaces. Bath with shower over, glass washbasin on counter top, vacuum flush toilet with spare cassette, towel rail, open airing cupboard access. Contrasting tiled splashbacks.


    Slide away 5 foot crossbed. Large wardrobe, cupboards and open shelves for storage beside bed and head height, drawers under bed.

    Hardwood cabinets of ash in lounge with shelves over.  Fold down dining table and folding chairs. Two leather reclining chairs  and footstools.

    Usual boat equipment consisting of piling pins, mooring chains and stakes, anchor with chain and warp, ropes to bow, stern and centre roof, plank and pole, safety buoyancy aid.

    The boat engine has been regularly and professionally serviced. Engine hours 1330 at 31st July 2010.
