Description
La Jolie Demoiselle is a 1976 build, steel hull narrowboat  built by Rugby boat builders. She has a BMC 18 engine, serviced in October 2011. She is 50' long and 6' 10" wide

She had a hull blackening in 2009 (removed from the water and in dry dock in Hilperton Marina in Trowbridge) and  her anodes were in good condition - they made good boats then!

She has a boat Safety Certificate valid until March 2013 (No. 409321)

Since I have had her, she has been fully re-painted and new fibre glass roof, new wood laminate flooring inside, new wood burning stove and solar panels which are more efficient than I imagined they would be! I also installed a 350w inverter

There is a double bed cabin, shower room with chemical toilet, kitchen galley with  fridge and new cooker, and main cabin with a double futon which I will include in the price.

There is also a generator on board which I will include in the price.

She is at present over wintering in Bristol Harbour and the mooring fees until April 30th 2012 will be included in the price.
