Description
Only 49900 Euros The Ste. Michelle is a beautiful narrowboat, 14.75 meters long and 2.10 wide and was built in 1991 by FC Engineering Ltd. A full kitchen includes gas, 12 volt, 240 volt fridge, an oven and grill plus a four burner hob stainless steel sink and work area. Midship, is a large shower and toilet area. The boat sleeps four comfortable in 3 separate cabins; one double and 2 singles, one with a wash basin. There is hot and cold running water from an engine calorifier (new in 2006) or the Aldi central heating boiler (new in 2006) She is fitted with 2 radiators. Two 13 kilo gas bottles are filled outside in the bow locker. There is also a 400-500 litre water tank in the bow section. Ceiling lights are throughout with bedside lights inside a control panel. Light wine colored floor covering were installed in 2006 to match upholstery and curtains (2005). There is an inside table with bar stools to match the décor. Two fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, all pots, pans, crockery, and utensils are included. The BMC 1.8 diesel engine was overhauled in 2007. There are 2 domestic batteries and a new automatic bilge pump. Very well maintained and recently repainted, Ste Michelle was dry docked and blacked in 2007. She has a current French Safety certificate valid until 2010. Outside, Ste. Michelle has a large stern cockpit table and umbrella, a boarding ladder and boathook.
